The engine holds no constants. Every assumption, every plan provision, every method choice below can be changed and the valuation recomputes. Why deviations are marked rather than merely permitted. Our quality plan rests on a single locked basis: the assumption set approved by the Embassy and the Comptroller is frozen, and every figure in the Survey Report traces to it. A parameter surface that let anyone quietly produce a number on a different basis would undermine exactly that. So the Lab starts on the approved basis, marks every departure from it, and lists what changed. Explore freely. The report is produced on the locked basis, and only on that.
